Olive oil Smoked paprika or ground chipotle Sweet paprika Ground cumin Garlic Red onion Shrimp Butter Lime juice Cilantro
1. Combine olive oil, spices, minced garlic, and shrimp.
2. Saute onions and sliced garlic in olive oil.
3. Add the shrimp and saute until cooked through.
3. Add butter and cook, stirring, to melt and incorporate.
4. Add freshly squeezed lime juice.
4. Garnish with cilantro.
Serve hot over rice or with warm tortillas!
