Cucumbers Carrots Onion Salt Gochugaru (Korean red pepper) Rice vinegar Soy sauce Sesame oil Sugar Garlic Sesame seeds (optional)
Salt the vegetables and let stand for 10 minutes or so.
1. Drain, rinse, and pat the vegetables dry.
Mix the dressing ingredients together.
Toss the dressing mixture with the vegetables.
Let stand for at least 20 minutes.
Serve garnished with sesame seeds, if desired.
