Enjoy succulent succulent, flavorful slow cooked kalua pork in a fraction of the time that it takes to cook the traditional recipe.


Step 1

Brown the pork in the pot, searing it on all sides.

Step 2

Remove the pork, add the water and deglaze the pot.

Step 3

Return the pork to the pot, seal, and pressure cook.

Step 4

Let the pressure release naturally, then remove the meat from the pot and let rest.

Step 5

Shred the meat using two forks.

Step 6

serve as desired. I love to serve it with coconut rice, or use it in sandwiches or a wrap.
