1. Flake the Salmon.
2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to mix.

3. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a mixing bowl and stir in the flaked salmon. Mix gently until the salmon is incorporated.

4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour.

5. That’s it! Serve with bread, crackers, or veggies for dipping or as a spread with bagels.
