THE INGREDIENTS
Make the filling
Start by sauteing the onions and garlic until soft. Add the beef and cook until browned. Add the seasonings.

Add filling
Arrange the wonton wrappers on a work surface and top each with a spoonful of filling.

Fold & seal
Brush the edges of the wrappers with water. Fold one corner over the filling to make a triangle and seal.

Boil & serve
Cook. the wontons in gently boiling water for 2 minutes. Strain and add to chicken soup or serve plain garnished with dill.
