Pad Kee Mao AKA Drunken Noodles

The perfect meal to eat with a crisp, cold beer and an incredible cure for a hangover if you drink too many!

INGREDIENTS

Cook the rice noodles

Step 1

Combine the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper, sugar, and water

Step 2

Add the garlic, ginger and onions and cook, stirring until they begin to soften.

Step 3

Add the chicken and cook, stir frequently.

Step 4

Add the chile peppers and sliced bell peppers and cook, stir.

Step 5

Add the noodles, basil, and the sauce mixture.

Step 6

Stir gently, until the noodles are heated through and have absorbed some of the sauce.
