Ingredients
1 12-ouncebag of fresh or frozen cranberries
¾cupsugar
1tablespoonorange zest
Juice of 1 large orange3 to 4 tablespoons
1cinnamon stickoptional
2star anise podsoptional
Pinchkosher salt
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in the Instant Pot. Do not stir them together.
Put the lid on the pot and set the valve to the sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for about 10 minutes and then manually release any remaining pressure (or if you prefer, let the pressure fully release naturally).
Stir the sauce and transfer to a serving dish or storage container.
