Ingredients

mangoes
diced
2
teaspoons
chopped cilantro
½
red onion
diced

tablespoon
olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
1
habanero pepper
seeded and minced
Kosher salt to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss
to mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or as long as
overnight.
