Air Fryer Fried Ice Cream is a dessert miracle. Creamy ice cream is coated in crunchy cereal and air fried to crispy, crunchy perfection while the ice cream inside stays frozen.

Ingredients
48ouncetub of vanilla ice cream
½cupflour
3large egg whites
3cupsCinnamon Toast Crunch cerealcrushed
Instructions
Scoop out about 1 cup of ice cream per ball. Mold into a ball and place in a muffin tin. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
Remove the ice cream balls from the freezer and coat each in the flour. Return to the freezer for 1 hour.
Whisk the egg whites until they’re foamy.
Roll each ball in the egg whites, then coat with the cereal. Place back into the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove and set ball on an aluminum foil tray in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 350°F for 2 minutes
Serve immediately with desired toppings.
Notes
1. You can use any ice cream flavor you like: chocolate, coffee, chocolate chip, strawberry, chocolate peanut butter cup, mocha fudge, or whatever you love!2. You can top the air fried ice cream with whatever ice cream toppings you like: chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, whipped cream, etc.
