Ingredients
4ears of cornstill in their husks
2tablespoonsolive oil
1garlic cloveminced
Kosher salt
¼cupmayonnaise
½cupshredded cotija or Parmesan cheese
1teaspooncayenne
¼cupchopped cilantro
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
Microwave the corn in the husk for 5 minutes.
Chop off ½-inch at the stem end of the corn and remove the husk.
In a small bowl, stir tighter the oil and garlic. Brush the mixture onto the corn.
Air fry the corn for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until it brightens in color.
Remove the air-fried corn on the cob from the air fryer basket and coat it with the mayonnaise, season each cob with a pinch of salt, and then roll each cob in the cheese. Sprinkle on the cayenne and cilantro.
Serve.
Notes
You may not be able to fit all 4 ears in your air fryer at once. If not, you can try cutting them in half in order to fit more, or cook in 2 batches.
