Ingredients
3bananas
4 ½tablespoonbrown sugar
1tablespooncinnamon
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir the brown sugar and cinnamon together.
Without peeling the bananas, cut each in half long ways.
Line the air fryer basket with a parchment paper liner.
Arrange the banana halves, cut side up, in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook the bananas in 2 batches.
Sprinkle about 1 ½ tablespoons of the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly over each banana half.
Cook in the air fryer at 400°F for about 10 minutes, until the topping is browned and bubbling.
