Ingredients
1 ½cupmilk
1cupcornmeal
1cupflourall-purpose
½cup(1 stick) salted butter, melted
3tablespoonsgranulated sugar
2teaspoonsbaking powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonsalt
2large eggs
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the milk, flour, melted butter, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and eggs. Mix until well combined, but don't over mix.
Scoop the cornbread mixture into silicone muffin cups, filling each muffin cup about 3/4 of the way.
Place the muffins in the Air Fryer and cook at 330° for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Continue steps 2 and 3 until all of the batter is used.
