Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies are a fun and easy treat to make. They make a great dessert or after-school snack and you won't believe how quick they are to make.
In a large bowl, mix the butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix to combine well.
Shape or scoop the dough into 2-inch balls and place them 3 inches apart on a sheet of parchment paper that will fit your air fryer.
Dip a fork in sugar and press in a crisscross pattern on each ball to flatten until each cookie is about 2 inches across.
Air fry for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
