Ingredients
3large sweet potatoes
2tablespoonsolive oil
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Slice the potatoes thinly, using a mandoline if you have one.
Put the potato slices into a large bowl, cover with cold water, and let soak for 20 minutes.
Drain the sweet potato slices and arrange them in a single layer on a clean dishtowel or layered paper towels. Pat the tops dry with a towel or paper towel. Let dry for 20 minutes.
Toss the dry sweet potato slices in a bowl with the oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the sweet potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overlap them. You’ll need to cook them in batches to avoid crowding the air fryer basket.
Cook each batch of chips at 370°F for 15 minutes, or until crispy.
