¼ cupbrown sugar
½ cupsugar
2 teaspoonsground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the ovenSet the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the doughCream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
Combine dry ingredientsIn another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Mix everything togetherAdd the dry ingredients to the wet mixture gradually, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix.
