Ingredients

ripe avocados
preferably Haas

Roma tomatoes
finely diced
1
jalapeno
finely diced (remove the seeds and membrane for less heat)
Juice of 1 lime
½
red onion
finely diced
2
tablespoons
cilantro
chopped
¼
teaspoon
kosher salt
or to taste
¼
teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
or to taste
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with the back of a fork to your desired consistency.
Add the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Serve with tortilla chips or alongside your favorite Mexican dishes.
