Ingredients
1cupchana masala or chana aloo masalawarmed
1samosacut in half
1tablespoonCilantro Mint Chutney
1tablespoonTamarind Chutney
2tablespoonsplain yogurt
1green serrano chilefinely chopped
1tablespoonchopped cilantro
2tablespoonsfine sev
1/4teaspoonchaat masala
Optional toppings: chopped onionroasted cumin powder, fresh coriander leaves, or red chili powder
Instructions
Spoon the Chana Aloo Masala onto a salad plate.
Top with the samosa halves.
Drizzle the cilantro chutney, tamarind chutney, and yogurt over the top.
Sprinkle the chopped chile, cilantro, and sev over the top.
Serve immediately.

1. I love to make samosa and this chaat recipe is a perfect way to use them up. You can use homemade Samosa or Air Fried Samosa (or even Onion Samosa) for this chaat recipe, or use storebought or frozen samosa. 2. You can use any combination of chutneys you like here, ideally a spicy green herb chutney and a fruity chutney.3. You can use Cucumber Raita instead of yogurt.4. If you want to keep this chaat recipe vegan, use vegan yogurt.
